The Organiser’s of Southfield Primary School Car Boot Sale and the SPSA (Southfield Parent Staff Association registered charity 1015206) will not accept any liability or responsibility for any transactions at the car boot sale. 

 

Person or persons entering ‘Southfield Primary Car Boot Sale’ do so at their own risk. 

 

Southfield Primary Car Boot nor its organizers are not responsible for any loss or damage to any person/s car / property entering the site. The site is a working primary school and whilst there are play areas and structures in the playground these are only suitable for children of primary school age and all children should be supervised by and accompanied by an adult at all times. We cannot accept any responsibility for injury howsoever caused.
